I should win Chef Factor as i am highly motivated, enthuasistic and very interested in gastronomy. I have recently given some serious thought in changing my career. I have worked in Iraq for the last 2 years and while there it has made me appreciate the quality of irish food here as opposed to the muck we were served there. I have a keen interest in organic and locally sourced food and i grow my own organic herbs on the balcony.

The dish comprises of Fillet Steak (Nolans Butchers, Kilcullen) accompanied with Smoky Paprika & Red Pepper Butter served with stir fried Pak Choi, Mushrooms, Spring Onion, Chillies & Toasted Sesame Seeds
