Food Mmm, I just love the stuff! I've always had a mad flair for creating artistic eye catching dishes. I just love the expression's on friends faces when i dish up something new, it's definately the best way to entertain. I've always wanted to persue a career in food but I just couldn't commit to a college course as it just wasn't financially possible. Winning Chef Factor would be a dream come true, I have a talent just waiting to be tapped. Twelve weeks in ballymaloe would be my paradise. (:

I came across this recipe in a cookery book and after a few failed attempts i finally perfected it, and it is now my signature dish. The biscuit cage is made from butter, icing sugar, orange rind, egg whites, honey and flour. Once baked and shaped it is filled with strawberies and blueberries and topped with vanilla ice cream. The berry compote is made from blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and sugar. Then garnished with mint leaves. Those plates dont take much cleaning after!

really love this dish, attracts a lot of attention. dont think im going to get in on votes alone as i was late hearing about the competition, some people have really got some big votes. let's hope i get picked by the judges. to be one of the final six would be unreal, id love to get the chance to cook my dish for cully & sully. i want a future with food, please dont pass me buy guys (: i really want this.
