i should win because my every waking thought and every spare minute is taken up with food! i am a qualifed fashion designer but have changed my career in the last two years to work with my brother in law on his organic veg farm,so now if i am not cooking,making up receipes or eating!!I am growing food,selling it at market or planing with chefs what we can grow for them!!i find it all so exciting and my end goal is to open our own oranic farm restaurant.This prize would be "a dream come true!"

my dish is luxury on a spoon!chocolate fondant,with raspberry coulis and vanilla fresh cream. when you break open the warm fondant you release a sponful of hot molten 70%chocolate lava, complimented by the delicate but sharp raspberry coulis! i enjoy the drama of ths dessert,it never fails to impress adults and kids alike,and when people taste it they slip into a lush chocolate dream world.When they finish and lick their plates ,there is only one thng they ask......"please can i have some more!"
