Ilove to make meals that are easy affordable and delicious.I like recipis that are suited to families I like the idea of kids and parents cooking and baking its a great way to educate kids about healtier breakfasts and lunchboxs. People get excited about eating out, to cook and bake builds a wonderful sense of confidence accomplishment and pride in kids and adults knowing that they have made something others can enjoy. Winning Chef Factor would enhance my skils and broaden my recipies.

Ingredients
2lbs Mince Meat
1 onion finly chooped 2 garlic cloves crushed
250g bread crumbs
125g finly ground nachos
1tbs chili powder
2 jalapeno peppers seeds removed
2 large eggs beaten
125g Chunky salsa
225g Grated ccheese
60g brown suger
60g chili sauce
1 tbs mustard
method:
combine first 7 ingredients
add egg and salsa stir in cheese mix well press into loaf tin
combine remaining 3 ingredients mix well
spread over meat. Bake uncovered at 170c for 80-90mins.
