I'm young but extrememly enthusiastic about cooking and food. I feel that i should win Cheffactor because the recipes which i create always consider both the enjoyment of the individual and also their well-being. As well as that my cooking never sacrifices the world in which we live in order to make cheap convenient food. My recipes are always free from animal products and they are always made from organic and fair trade ingredients. My recipes are also easy to make and always delicious.

This is a recipe i developed a few months ago. 'Melt in your mouth chocolates' are a truffle like sugar free, dairy free, raw chocolate. They are made from coconut oil, agave nectar, date syrup, cocoa powder and dessicated coconut. They are quick to make and as they are not heated they contain very little saturated fat. They have a rich chocolate flavour which is complemented by subtle tastes of coconut and date. They are very delicious and really do melt in your mouth.
