I wouldn't know what to say winning the chef factor would be great, If I won the Cheffactor it would really be life changing to be able to attend Darina Allen's school of cookery and to learn from her and take on board all her knowledge and experience she has to offer to a person wanting to become a great chef I have read about the school in the past and taught it be great a real dream come true if I won

This is a dish what I learned from college before i finished it is called a Bavarian Cream it is a simple dish and tastes lovely when done right it is made from 7 Ingredients ,Milk, Egg Yolk, Granulated Sugar, Gelatine, Raspberry Puree, Mango Puree,Softly Whipped Cream
