"There is no love sincerer than the love of food" who could argue with the great George Bernard Shaw. Food and cooking are two great passions of mine; be it baking and making or dining and wining. I just love food! I love buying, cooking and eating it! I can't sing, dance or act very well so CHEFFACTOR is the only factor I do have. I would love very much if people would give me the opportunity to broaden my foodie thoughts and ideas to improve my culinary skills.

Years watching Masterchef, Jamie Oliver, Darina and the likes I always wondered about panna cotta what is was, what it tasted like and how to make it. So here it is; my first ever Pannacotta creation and it's smiles all round!!! A creamy smooth vanilla/orange panna cotta with a drizzling of caramelized oranges doused in cointreau. A heavenly fluffy marriage of flavours to melt in your mouth.
