Hi everyone my name is Kraig. My dream in life is to become a professional chef. Everyday I look forward to three main times breakfast, lunch and dinner. I literally live, eat and sleep cooking. I would love to go to CIT and further my cooking there but due to financial reasons i cant afford to go. That's why this competition is really important to me. this competition would give me that stepping stone to further my career , life and dream. Thanks for considering my dish hope ye like it.

My dish is quite a simple cheese cake. However dont be fooled it is mouth watering, scrumptious and just has a heavenly texture.It is a rich, chocolaty cheesecake perfect for all cheesecake and chocolate lovers alike! The combination of chocolate and coffee tastes wonderful in this baked cheesecake. I like to do home cooking and recipes that people would find it easy to follow. It also has ingredients that would just be in an any day pantry. I really hope you like the look as well as the taste.

I really like the design on the cake must of been difficult to do. Also the chocolate shadings of the spoon and fork are really great!
