You have 500 characters to tell us why you should win Cheffactor: 
Creamy lasagne, hot brown bread, delicious chutney, jars of lemonade and crisp golden biscuits. Saturday morning eggs benedict with curls of smoked salmon, hot coffee and chocolate croissants. Experimental “from the garden” veggie casseroles… I love food. I love the smells and the taste. I love finding new herbs. Imagining what I could do...but what I really need, is to know what to do! You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish: 
Take two LARGE courgettes from your garden. Slice thinly. Fry the minced lamb. Season until yummy. Take a load of tomatoes and crush. Add some spinach and a little grated beetroot and keep piping hot. Leave aside…and mix up a pot of creamy cheesy sauce. Throw in the ends of the parmesan. They’ll melt…. Layer your ingredients in a dish, top with cheese and bake. Serve with grated beetroot, cabbage, carrot, pecans and raisin slaw, crunchy bread, garlic butter and a generous glass of rich red!
