Why I deserve to win?Well first reason because i love to cook .Im in ireland for the last 8 years me and my partner lost our jobs last year and we try to survive with 300 euros a week.Win this contest would be a dream come true and would open me doors to try to get a job.Was chef for nearly 20 years always with Portuguese food but im fascinate about all kind of foods.This can be the beginning of a change to share experiences between the Portuguese and Irish cousin .

What can i tell about my dish?
Well The Portuguese Sea Rice is one of the traditional dishes from Portugal,like the name says is rice with a mixture of the best the sea can give us from the simple fish to the flavors of crabs mix with lobster,prawns, octopus and more.
This dish as normally cooked at the time people ask so you can get all the flavors of the sea.Think would be a nice way for the Irish cousin taste the flavors of Portugal and the best of the sea food.
