Winning a place in Ballymaloe cookery course would be an amazing oppurtunity!!I have heard all about it from my brother who completed it 2 years ago. In all, it sounds like an amazing experience, getting classes and pointers from Darina and Rachel Allen. The diversity in what you get to make from pizza dough to pastry, pate to desserts, Id love to become a better cook and the course in renowned Ballymaloe would be such a rewarding experience.

I love this salad, it's healthy, sweet and simple! It's just a mix of some of my favorite ingredients that I think taste pretty great together: irish goats cheese, spinach, roasted beetroot,asparagus sauteed in butter,toasted almond flakes and a drizzle of toffee sauce.
