I think i should win cheffactor because i worked on an organic farm for 5 days in Ecuador this summer and loved it! But all i wanted to do was work in the kitchen with the cooks, i loved learning how to make all the different dishes and getting up early to go planting and weeding and feeding all the animals. I'd love the opportunity to be part of Ballymaloe and learn all about what makes the place so famous and learn all the delicious recipes. I hope that you consider me!! :)

My dish is made with all fresh, Irish ingredients. It's low cost and very easy to make and it's an all around pleaser. My Friends and i sat around the table and tucked into it moments after the photo was taken and they all gave it great reviews! It is made with very basic ingredients; egg, cheese, sour cream, scallions, tomato and avocado and of course a delicious, buttery shortcrust pastry. You could also change some of the ingredients around to make a low fat version or add in some meat even!
