I try to feed my housemates and impress them with my italian cusine...but they're now used to it...so i hope you'll help me doing it better!!!! finger crossed then....

I soaked the sponge with a mix of rum water and sugar. i've mixed fresh cream and mascarpone cheese and i layer it with sponge and dusted with caster sugar...that's it...easy quick and savage!!
Ps: be careful not to pour to much rum...it's a xmas cake!!!
