As the proud owner of over 80 cookbooks, I feel like they deserve more attention than a girl who commutes for two and a half hours per day can give. Even though every spare minute is spent in my garden growing vegetables for my ever changing weekly menu I would love the opportunity to turn my life around. I know there would be hard work ahead but having grown up in a family run bar I’m well used to the work. As the old saying goes “if you find a job you love, you will never work a day”.

An impressive looking comfort dish full of sweet squash, tasty bacon and nutritious greens that enables me to serve up a normally tricky dish with ease. This foolproof “no-stir” risotto technique can be used with different ingredients each time giving variety to weekly meals. While cooking in the oven you get the chance to tattle that ever growing laundry basket or a chance up to chin wag with family and friends. Good tasty food without the drama.
