I should win chef factor so that I can learn to cook more than soup. I have mastered soup (and no it doesn't taste any way as near as your Cully & Sully) but I think I need to move onto more adventurous meals....even though you can't beat a good soup!! I am considering travelling and completing the course would mean I could work in food anywhere I want all over the world! I could be super self sufficient! PICK ME!!

My dish is a lovely carrot and coriander soup with a drizzle of honey. Coriander are fresh from my coriander plant which is happily surviving my kitchen. There's a teeny tiny bit of cream for good measure. Couldn't resist!
