I should win cheffactor because I think that even with my limited knowledge on food, I am really good at putting basic ingredients together to make something taste grrrreat! Imagine what I could I do if I actually had some training in Ballymaloe!

My dish consists of two slices of white bread, buttered on one slice, topped with bacon, onion, tomatoe, cheese and a layer of mayo under the other slice. Make sure the bacon is hot so that the butter melts over the bacon and tomatoes and cheese......right....i'm off to make another one...
