You know its funny because i have thought about this question for a while and its hard to give one answer so here it goes.I love cooking and i would love the opportunity to get better.
Most weekends i'm trying something new or one that did not work out the last time.
As a carpenter i.v had a lot more time to cook and bake.
so to win chef factor would give me the confidence to follow a dream of working with food maybe full time.

Not one of the most difficult desserts to get right but i have put a little twist with the addition of a shot of brandy to give it a little kick ( Requested by my mother-in-law who is a non-drinker)After a nice maybe roast or the like it's one of the family & friends favourite
