I love cooking with the Allen's in my kitchen, be it from breads to comfort foods, to jams, BUT.....to cook in their kitchen would be a dream come true!!!!! It would be from a cookbook experience.. to a professional cook experience. I love cooking and my kitchen is my haven, i have named it Lorenzo Scallyonies as it is my restaurant were people I know and love are wined and dined, within this room is a gateway to flavours from around the world...from Europe to Asia. Cooking to me is about fun!

My dish is a Chocolate fudge cake. It's chocolate heaven, but so sinful, one slice and the devil wouldn't have you!!!!

I have been very lucky to be a part of the wining and dining experience in Lorenzo Scallyonies Kitchen on many occasion, you savour every mouthful of fantastic flavours which is always topped with lots of love
Lorraine loves to sit and read through cook books and then experiment,you can't get her out of the kitchen, it would be great to see her win the price as she would excel her culinary skills and have so much fun while learning from the Professionals.

I actually had the privalage of being one of the guests on the night that this photo was taken..... I still talk about how amazing the night was to all my friends.... never mind the out of this world food which we consumed, all cooked from scratch, with the freshest ingredients imaginable & in front of our very own eyes... the beautiful aromas in this kitchen are to die for!
This photo captures the smile of an absolutely fantastic person who cooks from the heart & delivers beyond belief! & if I was to even start on the genuine entertaining skills.... I'd still be here tomorrow typing.... Best of luck Lor, you deserve this prize more than words could ever say, xxxxxx
