I Should win Cheffactor because i am passionate about food well to be honest im obsessed by it. Sweet or Savory, it doesn't matter i have to make it.I love to challange myself with different dishes. I take inspiration from Cooking programmes and buy all the cooking magazines not to mention cookbooks. I love to share my food with friends and family, the best feeling ever is when you see their reaction to something you've made from scratch. Winning this competition would be life changing.

My dish is a Novelty Cake inspired by Cully & Sully's famous soup. It's a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream covered in coloured fondant. The clay is also chocolate cake.
