I want to learn & improve my skills in an environment with expert teachers. Wouldn't it be great to be able to prepare at least 5-10 more than usual dishes. I love being a home cook but & at this stage in my life, I am determined to go further. My rapport with ingredients, their flavours & various extensions needs tuition, a desire burning inside me for years. My dream won't become a reality through magic, it will take determination, sweat & hard work, under your great guidance.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
My burger has a deep savoury flavour, filled with ground chic peas, brown rice, portabella mushrooms, onion, garlic, T.pure, ground coriander, ginger, fennel & cumin seeds & a chillie. It is contrasted with the nutty smooth creamy cambozala cheese sauce. The beetroot chutney with baby beet leaves, squash mash add a sweetness & no single ingredient overpowers the other. The couscous with chives has toasted sunflower seeds, giving an nice crunchy texture. Assorted salad leaves & baby courgettes.

I hope your senses are hard at work deciding how delicious the dish would be..The burger (Vegetarian) is a perfect blend of spices that marry so well you feel an explosion of flavors in your mouth & the special cheese sauce, adds that extra little kick that makes you want to keep eating.All joined together by hand selected vegetables from my garden...

Thanks for all your good wishes... The baby beets from my garden are so sweet, these & the squash, really fuse with the spiciness of the veggi burger...then the cheese sauce bring it all together. I choose cambozala because of it's nutty smooth flavour..
