This is the chance for me to improve my great culinary skills.All these years I have been cooking for friends & family, with passion I love experimenting with different flavours & always get great pleasure from perceiving the delight of the diners. I now have my own little veg & herb garden.Locals enjoy my carrott cakes & guinness cakes, they are mouth watering. My dream is to open a cafe, using local produce & fresh ingredients.Gaining knowledge from Ballymaloe would be a huge advantage for me.

My dish is very flavoursome & perfect to keep you warm during the cold Winter months.It's packed full of proteins,due to the lentils, vegan friendly, which is great for those who don't want to eat meat. It is high in fiber & pumpkin is high in antioxidants & their seeds have a large number of nutrition benefits.I used some cepes my Son & I collected in the woods, they have a wonderful earthy flavour,combined with several spices, my dish will give Cully & Skully a wonderful tasty meal experience
