We all need to eat food to live but by golly I SERIOUSLY LIVE TO EAT! I grew up in a Vietnamese family where good food = a happy life. I love to experiment with food and a little spice is always nice ;)
I am a military brat that grew up all over the world. Amazingly tasty food can be found everywhere! I like to incorporate flavours from my travels into everyday cooking that is enticing fist to the eyes and then to the taste buds. My goal is to expand your taste buds and wake 'em up baby!!!

I love the meatiness of King Prawns without the heaviness of other meats. The prawns are marinated and stuffed with an infusion of garlic, coriander and Asian sauces. The bite of the shrimp hits your mouth and is quickly enveloped by the tangy tamarind and flavourful lemongrass and lime flavours swirling in the dressing. Crunchy, fragrant fennel and cooling carrot textures round off the combination of divine flavours that are sure to delight the senses and wake up every part of your mouth.
