I adore food, whether eating out, or cooking for others at my frequent dinner parties. What I love about food is the sensation it provides. On a personal level, this means appreciating each individual taste sensation in a dish (why I particularly love Asian cookery) and on a collective level being able to share these sensations with others. I am extremely creative, passionate, determined and diligent and believe I should win, as I love to instill a passionate appreciation for food in others.

My dish is an amalgamation of Indian and Thai flavours, harmoniously tantalizing all the taste- buds. The Thai element comprises a mild Thai Red Curry (using homemade paste), augmented by a sweet and spicy mango and papaya salad, served with Thai sticky rice. The Indian influence bubbles through a richly flavoured Thai Mussaman curry, offset by a crunchy pickled cucumber salad and spiced coconut basmati rice. All parts of the Indo-Thai Extravaganza can be eaten interchangeably.Hail diversity!
