I'd love to win cheffactor,to have a chance to go on a professional cookery course would be amazing,I love cooking,and im addicted to good food channel thank you for sky plus.Years ago I would make a curry by adding the jar to the chicken and thinking I was great,now its my pet hate I love making things from scratch,and would love to learn more about combining ingredients

This dish I put together is quick,colourful,healthy and full of flavour,4 pork chops sliced into strips,2 peppers I like red & yellow,1-2 carrotts for a lovely crunch,mangetout peas,2 garlic cloves,1/4 ginger,prawns,2-3 tbls of hoisin sauce,2-3 tbls of sweetchilli sauce,fry the pork,add the garlic,ginger,vegetables, lastly the prawns,add the two sauces,stir till all combines & a lovely sauce has formed,season to taste,serve on a bed of noodles
