I live it, love it, dream it, - Food that is. I get such joy from seeing people enjoy what I've cooked, the eating part is a great bonus too. I have always wanted to either set up my own select food store or launch my own range of homecooked foods using locally sourced produce. Over the years I have collected a huge collection of recipies & cookbooks of which I cook from very often. As I work full time in a non food related business it has always been a dream to take my foodie interests further.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
The dish itself is quite simple, I call it my "Irish Pizza". I know its good having cooked it for my friends and family on several occasions so that is why I considered it for my entry. It starts with a homemade yeast base and a homemade organic tomato sauce. I top it with locally sourced Irish made pork sausages and dry cured bacon, topped of with a generous helping of Irish cheddar and mozzarella. Thats my "Irish Pizza" and I hope you like the sound of it. Its truly delicious ....
