So wine exam at 8.30am - that was fun! 100 multiple choice questions and I did try to study but ended up guessing a lot of the answers. We'll have to wait & see how I faired out in that!
The morning demonstration with Philip Denhart on butchery etc. He cut up a pig basically!
Afternoon demo on Filo Pastry and the many ways of shaping & filling it. And Buns as in sticky buns such as Chelsea Buns, Hot Cross Buns etc. and also some doughnuts.
Very long day and the sun was shining throughout so this called for a cliff walk in Ballycotton & for some a cold dip in the sea (I was too much of a wimp to get in). Lots of fun though!

Hi there
As always when reading your blog, memories are being triggered. I loved the Cliffwalk too, it's such a nice place to wind down and relax, we had a dip in the sea in October last year
Soon the course will be over I wish you the best of luck for the exames next week.
Brigitte
Hi Brigette
I wanted to go back and jump the cliffs there before the course ended but never got around to it, maybe Ill go back sometime! Cant believe you went in during October!
Exams are all done now so just have to hope for a good result.
Regards
Christine
