Before my campaign in City Square started I had planned to call into the Book Centre in Waterford to meet Rachael Allen at her book signing, the book is great and will go with my collection to be used daily 
Its called Easy Meals and is well worth the few sheckles I paid
She was so nice, it really was a pleasure to meet her, we chatted about Chef Factor and what I was up to, (she had a giggle at my dodgy home made, Vote Wayne t-shirt ha) she wished me good luck and even wrote me a message on my book
Hopefully I get to meet her again in Ballymaloe

I had a little help too, my campaign crew in the picture were great, we canvassed the whole shopping centre and they brought people constantly over to meet me and vote, I swear it was one of the best buzz's I've ever had and has made me even more determined to make it. Big shout out to Eoin, Dave, Kelly & Polly and thanks a lot lads
I ran out of cookies, of which I have over 200 !! I ran out of cupcakes, and we went into the reserve tank of leftover Halloween sweets ha
The final week is here and I have a few more places to visit, so keep an eye out for me I may be in a shopping centre near you lol.

Nice one Wayne- Rach is a superstar- in her new book there is the easiest cake recipe in the world- I don't have the book on me right now but it involves steaming 2 oranges and then adding those to 2 bags of almonds, about 200g of caster sugar and 6 eggs- whisk it all up in a miagimix and stick in he oven for 40 mins- its DELISH!!!
