My entry is 'Noirin's Nutritious Soda Bread'. I organised tastings of my soda bread in my parents grocery shop last week. Unfortunately due to the volume (it's just a small village shop and post office) and age profile of the customers (pension day), my votes did not increase much but it was good fun on the day and I did spread the word about Cully and Sully

It's in a village called Upperchurch in Tipperary - one time famous for 'The Ned of Hill Festival'.
