Hello everyone!

While working at Midleton farmers market yesterday I came across a great photo opportunity!!

I've been working part-time at the markets for the past eight years as well as a stint in The English Market with The Real Olive Company, which has opened my eyes to an amazing culinary world!

I'd love to get to the final of Chef factor 2011, and have a chance to compete for the greatest prize EVER!!!
