Cooking excites me. I'm passionate about good food, local, fresh and seasonal produce. I strive for perfection in the kicthen and would love this wonderful opportunity to learn to cook in the countries top cookery school, Ballymaloe. It has been a dream of mine to start up my own food business in the future, but need to learn more about food first. I can't think of a better place to get this experience.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
My dish is a rack of Irish lamb, seared in a hot pan before going into the oven until it gets nice and pink. It is served with roast mediterrian vegetables, spicy chickpeas and a wicked garlicy tzatziki. YUM!!
