This competition means the world to me right now,I wanted to do this for such a long time,I've always been around food and have baked and cooked things which genuinely brings me so much joy and pride,I love seeing the results of my work and see people eating it, I'm going to do such a good job that Cully and Sully will be really proud of me,I also intend to have my own business so this going to help me a great deal but more importantly it will show me how to cook lovely and delicious tasty food.

My Chocolate Roulade is to die for, the cake itself is made with eggs,sugar,whipping cream and high quality melted chocolate bars,the cake is delicate and really hard to roll so it i a quite challenging task to complete but the results always make proud,but also because I absolutely love This cake,for its tastes,looks,lightness and versatility,it tastes great on its own or acompained with a glass of wine, it's so light that you can enjoy it without feeling guilt,My cake will thank you Millions!
