I would LOVE to win Cheffactor so that I could get a bit of professional training to tidy up my rustic edges. Cooking at Ballymaloe would be AMAZEBALLZZZ!!! I've started baking as a kid with chocolate truffles from my Prince Barbar magazine and of course fairy cakes. Licking the bowl was the best! I'm creative with my dishes & I usually don't follow recipes too closely, so I've had plenty of disasters & a few whopper treats. Food is so much fun and it would be my dream to have it as my career.

This is the first time I've made quiche. As a student I am always cooking on a budget, so using up everything in the fridge is very important. I popped in some oozingly juicy tomatoes, a bit of gortnamona, thyme, carmalised onions & oyster mushrooms. The eggs are from our Indian runner ducks pecking about the garden. I love making pastry because it always comes out shiny and golden. As soon as the photo of my Cully & Sully Quiche taken, it got tackled with the knife, it's lip smacking!
