I should win chef Factor so that I can perfect my brown bread and learn how to make dishes that are more adventurous! I do appreciate the simple things in life and so would just love to train in how to do simple things...excellently in one of the worlds leading cookery schools!
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish: 
The brown bread recipe is one passed down from my mother and had previously been passed down from hers. It's a traditional brown bread with a slightly sweeter finish than those you would find in the shops. Delicious served with smoked Irish wild salmon and some citrus
