I should win chef factor,simply bescause i love food&cooking savour& sweets foods.Like learning about food.also grow a some veg&fruit myself as well.It gave me a great buzz in doing that.I would love the chance to win this fab prize,It would be brill!!!!!
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
homemade veg and ham soup with garlic curtons.I use that stock form the ham .chop up ham and all veg carrots2,parship1,oinon1,herb i used loveage a nice celery scent.heat up the the put with some olive oil,add veg cook for a few mins,then add stock and chop up ham,left it o simmer for half hour then blizz it with hand blender.left it for 10 mins,add loveage then serve with garlic curtons.
