This is the best comfort food! I used Sweet Heavenly Hake(from west cork waters) & dipped it in an egg wash with lemon juice,chilli,salt & pepper & then I coated in breadcrumbs.Next I shallow fried it!I served it with homemade chunky chips lightly coated in sea salt & vinegar.On the side are some fried peas with onion &also coleslaw made from cabbage,carrots,onions & mayo.All the veggies were from our own veggie patch! Coco the dog hangs about in hope of some scraps but thats highly unlikely :)
