I love cooking and baking and I am addicted to buying cookery books. Some people read novels but I read cookery books from cover to cover. I am always trying new receipes and making up receipes of my own. My dream is to open a bakery/coffee shop but I lack the proper training. Winning Cheffactor would give me the professional training and expert business advice I need to make my dream a reality. Please, please vote for me and make my dream come true. :-)
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
I have chosen cup cakes with a twist because I want to share the ideas I use when making them. For the basic mixture I use flour, castor sugar, butter, free range eggs and vanilla extract. I divide the mixture into separate bowls and here are a few examples of what I add to each bowl, chopped or grated fruit, grated veg(e.g. carrots), nuts and dates, raisins/sultanas. Melted chocolate swirled through the basic mixture is "yummy". My toppings consist of butter icing or cream cheese icing.
