You have 500 characters to tell us why you should win Cheffactor: 
I would love to win Chef Factor because I have dreamed of completing the Ballymaloe course for many years. Learning to cook (properly!) there would be such a benefit to me as I would love to have my own café/bakery some-time in the future. Cooking is a big part of my life and to have a career in it to would a lifelong dream come through for me. There is nothing I enjoy more than browsing through cook books looking for new recipes and cooking using seasonal ingredients.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish: 
My cake is called Toffee and Apple Cake. I got this recipe from yesterday's Irish Times Magazine Eat In section. A base of spiced apples, light fluffy sponge and a toffee glaze on top - yum! Really nice served warm with toffee sauce and cream. If you make extra toffee glaze and leave to go cold, it turns into a lovely toffee sauce to pour over the cake and cream.
