Baking is in my blood. It would be a fantastic experience to spend time with such an innovative wholly owned Irish company like Cully and Sully. To win this prize would be the experience of a lifetime and really help me achieve my goals in a career of baking which I am very passionate about. They say you never work a day if you find something you love, I am glad to say I found that! The opportunity to learn at Ballymaloe with Rachel Allen would just be the icing on the cake,(forgive the pun!!)

These are incredibly delicious desserts.The chocolate shell gives way with a little snap to a moist and soft inside, like a brownie that melts in your mouth. Basically these Cake Pops are composed of chocolate and vanilla sponge, Covered in a layer of White and Dark chocolate Ganache and sprinkled with my favourite toppings such as Coconut,walnuts, chocolate shavings, marshmallows, cherries and colourful sprinklers.I look forward to baking them again at some stage in the Ballymaloe Kitchen.
