I have always loved to share food.That's what its all about.Laughter is brightest where food is best as they say.This course would give me a grounding in gastronomy and allow me to bring joy into peoples lives.Taste this;That's savage;Ya,I know.It would also open lots of doors in the world of food which I would love to get into professionally.I like the philosophy at Ballymaloe and think it is a fine example of how things can be done.KISS: Keep It Simple Stupid!Less chemicals, more natural food.

Picture the scene:Christmas eve and all the turkeys are gone from the supermarket.OH NO.Cant let 12 people go hungry on Christmas day.Never Fear when Farmer Dave is near!2 Freerange chickens. Lightly killed;plucked;gutted;washed;onion,orange;herbs and hazelnut stuffing.Bacon on the back to keep everything moist Loads of (sweet)potatoes,pumpkin&parsnips for roasting and fresh chicken stock for gravy.
