This warm chicken salad includes lettuce, tomatoe, egg, black olives, basil, balsamic vinegar and a splash of olive oil. The succulent artichoke was boiled slowly in lemony salt water. The salmorejo soup was made from the finest tomatoes with bread, olive oil, wine viegar, salt and garlic. It's garnished with grated egg and tastly chunks of serrano ham.
