I couldn't live without sticky toffee pudding and as a newly diagnosed coeliac that was a possibility. I could live without most desserts but not sticky toffee pud. So I created a gluten free one that everyone can enjoy and you really can't tell the difference. It's light, spongy and dripping with fudgy hot toffee sauce finished with a good dollop of freshly whipped cream, hungry?!
