I feel that I should win as I have a great passion for cooking and always want to learn more and more. I feel that I could really benefit a learn greatly from the 12 weeks in Ballymaloe cooking School. And it would greatly increase my chances in being able to pursue my greatest passion.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
My dish is an 8oz Homemade Beef burger which I made up from the finest beef, on it is melted cheese, beef tomato, bacon and tobacco onions served with Homemade Rustic fries, tossed leaves and an Aioli Sauce.
